I'm trying to understand how to better present the information in this dialog so that it is more clear. What specifically on this dialog confuses you?

Thanks everyone
I emailed both ways to the print shop and waiting for their response on how it looks. I will let you know.
Many Thanks!

pdf is only black and white
The pdf was good for printing according to the print shop, but I was trying to get it in color. It's only in black and white. Is there any pdf programs that I can save my color pictures in pdf or change the settings in the pdf995? I also downloaded cute995, print shop suggested but it was also only black and white
Any help would be very appreciated

Gayle:
PDF995 and the others can be done in color
Make sure that "color" is set in the dbx when creating the PDF.
I always create my PDF's in color and then if needed I print to PDF from that PDF and save in B/W so that I have two PDF's to give to the client if needed.
Printing in color at the print shop is going to be VERY expensive, do you really need color ???

Printing a pdf in color
I will not always need it in color, just a few things. These are signs for our office. They go in the front window and on stands in the office. Most will be printed in b/w for blueprints. I will see if I can find the setting for the color. Is it within the pdf995 program?

Here is a picture of the screen of the pdf995 settings. Is the color setting found here?

No, the color setting would be on the print dbx when printing from the layout

Lew, the image above is the print dbx from layout. Thanks for clarifying. I should have explained better.
