Hole In The Wall

I need to place old type radiators in exterior walls, is there a preferred way of doing this (cutting drywall and framing) without cutting through the exterior sheathing. I'v been using short doorways and patchening the exterior just for show. But now I need to do it for real. I created a symbol and was hoping there was a way when placed, it would do the cutting like when a door is placed. If this is possible......any suggestions would be appreciated.
