Changing width of base cabinet oven
There is an oven for a base cabinet in the CA library. How do I change the width of the oven. I think it is 26" wide and I want to make it 30" wide. Thanks for any input.

The videos we watch are not 100% gold, but if we find a gold nugget, the time spent viewing has a value.

Scott,
You can try the steps below and see if it will get what you need. May be an easier way, but this is what I have used in the past. Maybe I haven't left off any steps.
1. In the Library, copy the 27" Oven and place in an unlocked Library.
2. Once placed in the Library, right click on the name and Open Symbol.
3. Go to the Options Tab and place a check beside "Sits on Floor".......click OK.
4. Place in Plan View.
5. Select the Oven, in Plan View, open it's Fixture Spec. dbx and change the width to 30"....click OK.
6. While still selected, go to the Edit Toolbar and "Open Symbol".....
7. Go back to the Options tab and place a check beside "Inserts into Cabinet Front".
8. Add to the Library.....Cliff

Of course if I put it in a plan first, it must go in a cabinet, and once in the cabinet I can not resize it or open the dbx box (I can resize the height, but not the width). How did you do it?D. Scott Hall (The Bridge Troll)
