Hi Experts,
Does X1 run under Windows Vista Ultimate 64?

Software that runs on Vista will run on Vista 64. Vista 64 uses a 32 bit sandbox to run all 32 bit software.
We have not run into any difficulty with 64 bit Vista with X1.Dan Park,

Thanks, Dan. Appreciate the reply.
One more question though, performance-wise (with X1), is there a difference under Vista?

Vs what? Are we comparing Vista 32 with 64 or Vista with XP?
There are not a lot of differences between a 64 bit vs 32 bit of the same OS. Vista is a resource hog so it limits the resources available regardless of the version. I supect 64 bit would allocate more resources if they are available and fewer if not so I would expect 64 bit to be faster in that manner. However, I don't know if running in the 32 bit sandbox causes much overhead or not. I suspect some so it's probably fairly equivalent to similar 32 bit hardware.
XP vs Vista - Vista would be slightly slower on the same hardware.Dan Park,
