    drawing a truss

I've attached the truss I would like to draw. The problem I'm hving is getting the top cord to have a pitch. The bottom cord is flat & the top cord is at a 1/4" per ft. slope.

I thought that I could draw the top cord 1/2 the total distance(60'-0") but I don't seem to beable to make one end higher than the other?

    Any idea's

    tapered flat truss

    I cheated.
I put a plane on the wall and then changed it to a .25/12 slope at 24" off of the wall. Then I put a cad line in 24" or so from each end of the truss and put a ceiling plane on the line. I changed the ceiling plane to the height of the wall and made the slope 12/12. Don't forget to slope the ceiing plane toward the end of the truss.
