i searched in the forum but i found nothing about it...

i need to do a thingh like this:

For the lower wall, use a foundation wall on the foundation level, pulled up to whatever height you want. For the upper wall, use a railing wall with the bottom pulled up to where you want it, and the railing set to the height you want. (Hint: you will need to temporarily uncheck "railing" in the wall DBX to pull up the bottom)

As far as those specific newels & ballusters, you might need to contact someone like Ank345 (Alan Cheng).

Make a wall defintion with stone on both sides, convert it to a solid railing. In the molding tab of the Railing dbx, pick a rectangular molding, adjust height and width, pick you material for it in the Material tab of the Railing dbx. Add this fence panel from the Millwork library and Transform/Replicat along the top of the wall and adjust floor to bottom dimension, height, etc. You can also make you own, nicer, wall cap molding profile to match your photo more closely.

The street grates can just be a material applied to a terrain feature, polyline solid, whatever works best in your plan.
