Window Settings

Hello all,
I am being asked to model this house showing windows with actual thickness and sizes for aluminum windows, when I model the window "mostly fin windows" that nail to the framing outside TYP., chief leaves an empty space inside the room that should be wrapped around all sides with drywall, open showing framing, how do you get chief to wrap these openings with drywall so when I shoot my rendered views I see drywall in there...
