Dimension circle intersection

Attached is a drawing that uses two different radius circles locating a point. I want to draw and display the dimensions, but cant get a dimension line to "stick"
any ideas here? I know the lines length shows up in the selected line tab, but I want a dimension to display.

Open the lines and check "show length"..
Or add a cad to dimension to..

Point to Point Dimension should work....have you tried that one yet?
