sorry, but I am booked but here are some threads you can check about doing this yourself, or maybe someone else will have time to do one for you.
Try a search on "riser" if you need to see more threads, but some of the threads will be about stair risers.

They're actually called "Plumbing Isometric", try this for an example, and do a google search.
