As Sarah mentioned, make sure none of those walls are checked "No Room Definition" (open the Wall Spec dbx) for each wall. Activate the Straight Wall Tool and marquee select the walls....... Also, check "Balloon Through Ceiling" on the wall that separates the bedrooms. Uncheck "Ceiling Over This Room", under the Structure tab, for each bedroom, in the Room Spec. dbx.

If you are a new user and using a version other than the latest X1, please add to your signature, or mention in your post. If you are using an older version, you will need to shift/select each wall, instead of marquee select.

You're welcome. Select the wall and open it's wall spec dbx. It is located under the General tab, far right side, in the middle.

Sorry, that was for X1. It's been a while since I've used V10, but you might go to the 3rd floor, using the Reference Layers, and draw a wall directly above the divider wall. Or, you can probably go to Cross/Section Elevation View and manually raise the wall.
