Porch/overhang how to?

What is the best way to build a porch? I have built a room and made the walls invisible. I do not need the floor and I can not get rid of it. There is already existing concrete that will be the floor. This is more of an overhang but I will also be building a porch.

Hi Julie
You can add a manual roof any place.
You might want to make a room with walls,build the roof and then delete the walls.
