Getting Bay Wall Where I Want it, Not Where Chief Wants It

I am using V10.8a

I enclosed the plan because I dont think I could explain it without the drawing.

This simple bi-level needs "walk out" bay window in the kitchen. Simple with paper and pencil, impossible for me with Chief.

No matter what I try--invisible walls, adding walls, moving walls, Chief always has a better idea and moves the wall where it wants it to be. I know that precision is what Chief is all about so I know it has to be me that is doing something wrong. Anyway, if anyone knows how to get these walls where I wan them would you be kind enough to pass the information along to me?
