slab foundation detail
I am having some trouble with a local building department rejectiing my slab foundation detail. Most of my work is built in 5 counties but this is the only one who gives my any trouble for it. I was hoping that a few of you would share your detail (post here in pdf is great) to compair mine against.

Scott, are you having an engineer sign off on it? if so, he'll tell you what you need. However, since it's getting rejected, I assume you're not talking to one.
