Try exporting to PDF and then opening in Photoshop and converting to JPEG, TIFF, etc.. I have Photoshop Elements 2.0 (quite old) and this works very well to get fairly high resolution.

I'm not clear on why you would want to get these things from CA. It's very easy to make high quality jpegs etc from your own work. Why are you looking for CA material specifically? If you're doing an Amazon Partner thing selling the Home Designer software or something, I would think you could ask them for some material. Perhaps if we knew the end goal we could help you better.

I wrote code in 1984 to make my Sinclair 100 - so I used to be a programmer! So I can say with authority how easy it is to program Chief features! ;-)

Shir, if these are for brochures, I would leave off the dimensions, and door & window labels.

Yes, for a brochure use the top down vector view.

Try some searches on this forum for "brochure"

Yes, looks like you've got the idea. You can go full color too. I made my brochures entirely in Chief. I made them several times larger than I needed, exported to PDF, imported into Photoshop (at 200 dpi) and reduced the size back down to what I actually needed at 600 dpi TIFF. The local printer who printed the brochures was actually very impressed with the quality of the proof I was able to get this way.

Just make sure if you use any photographic images that they are fairly high resolution to begin with and set them to 100% quality in Chief.

Lew, are you mean by the top down vector view = victor floor overview.
Can I borrow the word & The idea of image in page 11 from your website if you don't mind??

    Shir,

What I was talking about with the dimensions, is in a floorplan brochure, I usually leave out the dimensions so people have a harder time copying the floor plan, and it looks more like the brochures I most commonly see. If you are aiming this brochure at builders, maybe leave them in.

Looks great, but you may consider taking out the names of the programs you use (Chief, Adobe, Photoshop). I would leave that for the customer to guess at. The more they don't know, the more mysterious and "hard" your work is perceived
