I have to admit something....why would you not just turn on the room fill patterns and set the color to light gray?

Why all the extra steps? I am surly missing something!

    Joey,

I've never messed with room fill style because it was something that I haven't been interested in, but You are right, with the exception if you don't have cab. plan fill turned on, something I don't do because I use a darkened background.

That being the case I'm not sure that Rod's method wouldn't be quicker than going back and turning on plan fill as needed.

So good tip to you too Joey!
