    Lew,

    Interesting, how do you take out the slope ceiling part of the room that falls below the code - habitable room height of 7'.

    I bring this point up because I have always felt that one should not have to pay property taxes on floor footage that falls out of the habitable range, not to mention paying for a permit based on sq.ft.

    set the room(s) ceiling height to 6' 8" and then Chief will create "wall beams" I place invisible walls over the "wall beams" and then set the ceiling hights back as needed.


    I would like Chief to do this automagically for us
