    Chief support 10/10!!!

    I just had to say how bloody great chief support was last night.

    I had an DWG import problem. Nothing major. Its always the simplest thing that I miss. But it stops something happening you know should work.
    Its funny how a new head can spot it straight away when I'm going around in circles? I drop down box right at the end to set the import scale????? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

    We are always being told use ART first before posting here with a problem. I very seldom need help. So i did!
    And to email them at 9:26pm the night before and receive a reply at 7:51am the next morning is very very impressive!!! Even with the time difference included!

    So I publicly wanted to give them the credit they deserve!!

    Thanks to Anne and ART for being a great customer focused organization over the last 10 years I have been using chief!
