    Cool

    Allen , Lew and Tommy

I did understand what you meant by doing the floor plans with cad only.

Since I had the original unit done as a complete model and all units are the same floor plan I don't need to show the floor plan for all four units.

I was only trying to do the edit atrea thing as an expediency but it cost me time in the long run.Lesson learned!

The only reason for the plan for the four units is to show their relationship on the lots.Front and rear elevations only.

Lew, The party wall details are shown in a typical wall section.

Tommy, I tried the select same type tool and still had problems with things jumping.I think the main problem with this whole deal was that chief doesn't like a lot of - floor hieghts in the same plan.

Windows were lost, garage doors either lost or wouldn't drop to correct elevation,Exterior wall lights doing the same jumps or ending up on the interior wall.

I had done office buildings in the past where the floor plan was either the same or reversed and had no problems however they were all one level plans.

    Have a great evening,Ken
