You might want to check the layer set. X1 has a separate layer set for the cross section views. I'm wondering if you are in an X1 set which might have the line wts set for the new 100mm setting, not the 600 setting in V10. An X1 layer set will have 18, 35 etc line weights.

highlight the lyaout viewport of the elevation
    Try
    File>print>sclae to fit.
That should rescale the lineweight. AND check your lineweight scale in the print dialogue. if you are using V10's weights, that should be around 1 :10 or so.
Since your lineweight is 1-4, that is a carry over from V10, X1 dont use that anymore.

If you bring a V10 layout into X1, you have to change your "Line Weight Scale". V10 is set at 1= 1/600 of an Inch. X1 uses a line weight scale of 1= 1/100 of a mm. You must change this for every V10 layout brought into X1. You should not bring over your layout template from 10 to X1, you should create a new one in X1. If you do so, It should set up your line weights properly. If not, you need to change it, or the lines will be way too dark when printed.

BTW, This is accessed through "File>Print>Page Setup", it is the bottom left box.
