Problem with Raytrace

Has anyone encountered a problem of symbol reversing after a Raytrace? I have a large sign with a Starbucks symbol on a site monument. In render camera view it looks great, in render full overview the same. But once I Raytraced it it came out reversed and upside down? Am I missing something in the settings?

Try using a PNG for the sign rather than a jpeg..
I had that happen before..

Thanks, Alan. Any ideas on how to change a JPEG into a PNG? Starbucks Corp office sent me the logo as a jpeg.

Do you have PSP or another editing software?
Open in that and do a save as..
Or post the image here..
