    Hi Mike
I don't think the Beta testers were to blame. Some of them complained quite a bit..
They should be commended for taking the time(not getting paid)to test the software and do reports on it..

I would rather be windsurfing than have it winter.
Last few years things have kept me busy and distracted to do it..
Hoping this year I can do it more..On a lake...

Thanks Allen - Should only have good comments on a great program - Good to hear that about the testers.

There is nothing wrong with complaining about the program(to a point here)..But the testers were donating their time..

Don't blame the beta testers for any problems that were in the initial X1 release. The X1 beta testers did an absolutely fantastic job and reported many serious problems that were fixed prior to release. They also had an extremly tough job because the early versions of the beta were very difficult to use in actual production work. They had to volunteer countless hours of their valuable time and for that we appreciate their efforts.

Most of the serious issues that were found after the initial release of X1 have already been corrected. If you find any problems that have not been corrected in the latest X1.4 update, then please feel free to contact our tech support department and report these problems to us so that we can correct them in the next available update.

One of our goals for X2 is to improve the overall quaility of the product prior to releasing any beta versions. This will give the beta team a better opportunity to test the product in a real production environment so that they are able to find the kinds of bugs that were found in X1 after release before X2 is released.
