Missing Library Brower?

I went into Chief X1 today and noticed that my library brower is not there, or anywhere visible on my screen. I click the library brower button on the toolbar and...nothing. I can use the library search function and find symbols and even bring them into my model by searching, but not by browsing.

I've tried closing CA, and re-opening it. still nothing.

Has anyone seen this happen? The library browser seems to be missing, is there a setting that i've changed or something?
