Rotating a point to point move

I have a building plan that needs to be exactly moved to a rotated location on my site plan. I can rotate the site plan or rotate the building to fit. Point to point moves one edge or entire object to a point, is there a way to select two points and move the object to a rotated location? How do I move a horizontal rectangle to one that is rotated, say 30 degrees. I can get one point there then I have to rotate the rest to fit but its tough to get it exact.

Use "Transform Replicate" tool (in the edit toolbar).
