Help with Porch,Entrance and Arches

How do I create arched porch headers? Also how can I create an arched gable entrance on the porch? Suggestions please?

I use polysolids, drawn in elevation view so that I can easily manipulate them. After drawing the psolid, use the BREAKLINE TOOL to make the bottom into three section, select the middle section, and use the MAKE ARCHED child tool, adjust accordingly.
