    Roof Fascia below zero?

Every time i try to push my fascia to a negative value, it just pops it back to 0. Is this possible? I want my fascia to be -6".

I've tried drawing the roofplanes on floor 0 and on floor 1, and neither way seems to be working...

    Any thoughts?

Allen...That works. I selected the roofplanes, opened my Transform/Replicate tool and moved -6" in the Z axis.

Thank you. but why the extra step i wonder?

    Your welcome Matthew

You could have tried lowering the ceiling height or starting with a slab to snap the roof planes to..

yes, except in this case there is no ceiling to lower (exterior cover). Good tips though...Transform/Replicate is a very hand tool, i use it all the time...(and keep discovering new uses for it everyday, like today)

I wonder why you just cant enter a value in the roof dialoge box though...seems simple enough to do.
