Sloped ceiling

I have a sloped ceiling in a cape cod house. On the second floor Chief auto places line swere the slope and flat ceilings meet, how do i turn their display off? they cannot be selected

i couldnt find a way to turn it off... i just drew an invisible cad line over it....

Okay, I'm still learning all sorts of new things in chief. So, can you teach me about invisible cad lines, I just don't see them

Turn off ceiling planes display.

except for in 3d mode they are unchecked in display options

take a cad line...... draw it over the ceiling line you dont want to see anymore. open that line you just drew, and change the layer to invisible, OR, just change that line to white

I think you are looking for the layer Walls, Beams.

Bur, Ric, I'll keep your method in mind for those cases when you need beams showing. You know it's gonna happen.
