wall resizing

Today I have been having a problem resizing walls on Chief X1. When I resize walls , the wall gets larger or smaller at both ends of the wall instead of just changing on only one end. I am sure there is a simple setting that changes this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Preferences/Edit/Behaviors/change from concentric to default. If you are using the All Tools toolbar config there is a button on the top.
