Can't Get Just One Wall To Change Color???

    Hi all,

I just need the inside front wall of this gallery to be a different color from other walls, but no matter what I do CA wants to change the color of other walls in the gallery?

    Things I've tried?

    1. Changing the wall from brick to copy of brick--still wants to change other un related walls the same color.

    2. Renamed sheetrock layer of this copy of my wall to just a color, still wants to change the color of unrelated walls.

    3. Used pallet color from new pallet color tool--still wants to paint other unrelated walls.

This is not the only plan this has happend to, I've not been successful in getting one or part of one wall color to change, drives me nuts!

Can someone look at this plan attached and tell me what i'm doing wrong?

    Thanks for considering, Zowie

Try this, click on each wall, maybe separately, then change the material definition. I did this with your walls and it works well.

I'm on a slightly earlier version from you, but what I do is..
    - Create the room with two types of wall which are not used anywhere else (just clone a version twice)
    - Then only set the colours of the walls in that room by changing the material of the sheet plasterboard to your colour of choice in the wall defaults window.
