"Is the new release compatible with X1?"

Yes, all except for the new holographic rendering. In order to make this feature work correctly we have to ship out a new hard-wire brain interface that plugs directly into your head and any available usb port. Unfortunately, we have found that it works for most of our female users but not men. We are still trying to figure out why but we think it has to do with the fact that the female brain is much more complicated then the male brain which makes it more compatible with the complex interface.

Just for the record ... I can wait until it is ready for release. I find X1 with the current update very stable. I am looking forward to new things but stability is my first priority.
