Cottage Style Windows

Does anyone know how I can create a cottage style window (meaning that the top sash is smaller than the bottom sash). I have seen this somewhere I just can't figure out where, if it was in the manual or somewhere else. Thanks for your help.

Foxcraft,

Say for example your double hung window is 60". Type in 35" in the movable size box. Adjust size accordingly. That is all.
