    Dan as Allen said, I was not sure if this was user error, video card issue, or software related. This forum, for me, is a great resource for getting to the root cause of a lot of problems and this forum responds quickly. Also as Allen had suggested, I sent the problem to Chief Support and got a response to the problem within an hour by John Jones. I was satisfied with his response and replied back to him accordingly. I then posted (for the benefit of anyone watching this thread) that response. Are you suggesting that if we all, send all of our issues first to Chief Support, that it will save everyone a lot of trouble?
