Stupid Floor Framing Q

God, do I hate sounding like a dope but I give up...

I'm using V9, and the majority of what I've done in the past are kitchen and bath remodels. Move a wall or two, put in cabinets...presto.

Now I'm trying to do a very simple, small bump out. Trapezoidal in shape (think large bay window). I can get everything working properly, even the roof framing but no floor. No framing, no subfloor nada.

Undoubtedly this is so simple that when I hear the solution I'll be so ashamed I'll have to change my member name but... any ideas?
