wall snap

Is there a way to stop a wall from snap-moving once it's set w/ the fine adjustment handle?? I run into this all the time & often I must re-adjust entire int. plans because something moved along the way.

You can lock the wall layer but chief will ignore this lock whenever it deems it necessary without warning.
