Thank goodness for 36" toilets! Agreed code is 15" to center (From FINISHED WALL), except ADA requires 18" to center, but if dimensioned in Chief for 30" (framing?), that means you end up with a 29" toilet space. We've always made our toilets 36" anyway, 30" is just to small unless you're especilly short on room, in which case, just use the control key while placing the toilet and you can squeeze it into a 1'-9" space (21") if so inclined.
