Build Foundation in X1

In Ver 10, when I used the build foundation tool. I would change the main layer to the sheathing layer before the build. That way the outside of the foundation went to the outside of the sheathing. In X1 the foundation does not build the same way. Ir always builds to the outside of the framing layer, In my case, this is always 1/2" inside of where I want it.

I do have a work around that I have been using, but I would like to have more control over how the foundation is auto generated.

Any suggestions?
