Customer wants his drawing and I am stuck

I am still struggleing with the approach to design with Chief. Have completed some working drawings for homes but this small project has turned into a challenging project.

1. The Dressing areas and storage are on 10' plate. Breezeway is 14' plate.

I have tried this two ways; the first as a one story and the second as a two story with a 10' first floor and the second floor being 4' at the breezeway. The challenge has been with the entry.

I am having trouble with the windows above the entry and also the opening to the breezeway...the gate, the mesh, the windows above. how to make all this happen most effeciently

Looking for some guidance on the approach to this building
