Foundations below grade

This request has been made before, but currently there is no automatic way to do this that is linked to the model. I don't typically do hillside lots so I don't do the below grade lines, but thinking this through: a view to cad of the elevation, then filter out the above grade, make block, assign line style and copy in to saved elevation camera, pt to pt move into place seems like the quickest/best way to do it. The above grade will update with the model, but the below grade will not...so I guess doing it at the very end would be the best way to avoid redoing it for changes.
