    Adjusting Garage slab height

I am trying to lower the garage slab on this house. The walls and foundation move down as they should, but the slab refuses to budge. Is there a way to adjust this after the garage has been drawn?

How can the floor above height be lower than the swt to ceiling (b)? Just a guess, but change (d) to 138 and see what happens.

I changed the Floor to SWT stem wall top to a positive number and that solved it.

If thickness of floor above is 12" and Garage floor is 15" above top of stem wall and top of stem wall to ceiling is 129"(D) then 129+12-15 = 126", the floor above height (E). Try setting Floor to SWT (F) to 0 or positive number.
