Creating an interior balcony

I have created a 2floor house. I want to have an interior balcony overlooking the first floor. I have derived the second floor from the first floor plan. Any idea as to how to do this?

On your second floor go to the room you want the interior balcony in. Label that room as "Open Below." Use the railing tool to designate the area of the new balcony while on the second floor plan.
