Error messages

I keep getting these two messages associated with this one plan file when opening the file. I have gone over it with a fine tooth comb and can't find the faults to which is causing the error messages. Any suggestions as to finding/tracking down the problems would be appreciated.
It's a very simple bathroom remodel so there is not much to it......this is more a nuisance than anything.
