HELP with 9.5 "Room Specification Tab"

Hello,,, I'm new here and have had Cheif 6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0 and my current version is 9.54.....

My problem is: I have a home drawn and in the "Room Specification Tab" ,,,, two of the rooms I can get rid of the "Stem wall" nor can I select "Slab foundation for this room" for two of the rooms!!!!

I've tried changing the room names, removing the rooms completly then rebuilding it, also opeing up the wall so that the room becomes one with another room that the "Room Specification Tab" works correctly..........

Any ideas short of drawing the whole plan over again??????? :mad:
