Dan, you are correct, I did say rafter depth. However, it is actually the fascia size I wanted to match the rest, I just assumed if I changed the rafters, the fascia would follow. Louis, you probably have the only thing that is going to work for me. The bad news, is that means I'll probably have to start over on the dormer, building it manually. Yes, I know...It shouldn't be that big of a deal, I probably could have allready completed it in the time I have spent typing all the questions and responses on this thread:mad:

That happened after I deleted the problem roof plane and manually built one replacement roof plane.

Allen, that looks good, thanks.Besides redrawing the walls to make room definition, what did you do? Did you have trouble with the windows when redrawing the new roof?

    Hi Allen
    Your welcome.
Did you get the private message I sent you?Think that explained how I did most of it.
I gave up and deleted the dormer roofs and did them manually.
I think if your 2nd floor was enclosed it would work better. The 2 windows got messed up.
The walls had to be set for default top and bottom in elevation in elevation. That gets them back to a starting place if they have been adjusted.
