If you do your research, you will find many ICF's put an inhibitor in their foam that is suppose to keep the termites from digging in. I think in your research you will find that some of the better ICF manufacturers have very good technical information available to help you with design issues and if you are lucky, your area distributor or sales person has the experience and expertise to help you complete the ICF portion of your project with minimal or no problems. Just remember you are putting 150 lb/cu ft concrete in coffee cups (so to speak) and things can go wrong if you don't follow the rules. [just like you can blow out plywood forms if you don't follow the rules]. Good Luck.
