Partly underground foundation

Hi,

I try to make a split level and I saw the example on the chiefarchitect site. It's not exactly what i'm looking for and I'm not able to ajust the example. The house I want to make has it's foundation (basement floor) partly underground, not on the ground level.

Could somebody help me please?

Although, I really can't find the "break line" button they talk about in the split level example...
