special arrow
The program, Chief 97, has a special arrow, which knows about footings, what else does it, the special arrow, know about and can it be used for?

Nothing other than auto-displaying existing footing heights (in Version 6 manual pp.391), I seem to remember Dermott Dempsy or Al Frey (ART Bigshots) say, during Beta Testing, that this feature would be expanded on in future versions without saying what the expansions might be.

As I mentioned on other post the program is very smart it is just what the programmers want as to use now, I suppose.

Future expansion? Hum. Hasn't that been around for a version or two. maybe we need to give them idea's of what we want it to be. I can't even think of things off hand of what else it should do. (besides label everything in cross sections and decide what things are in plot plans and automatically flag code violations
