    Logitech Mouse drivers cause a lot of problems. Usually removing them from startup will allow the Windows drivers to take over and handle the situation. I don't really know what Logitech is doing with their drivers but, in the past, we have seen articles on the Logitech website that tells users to use the Windows drivers and not use their own drivers.
