    sideways s on foundation plan

    Hello all,

I have a sideways "s" with a line and then a sidewasy "s" on my foundation plan.....maybe a section symbol that chief put in. I can't pick it and I don't know what layer it's on. I want to turn it off. Any help would be appreciated.

    Amber,

Dble click on your Wall Defaults (Brick Wall icon) and uncheck "Show S Markers on Step Foundation".

I could only wish that were the case Louis. However, that word is reserved for you and the others that answer the difficult questions. I try and take some of the load off, but can only catch the easier ones. Amber was just using her Southern charm. I may have to frame that one. Never been described quite like that before.

    Cliff,

That's not all true. You answer some tough ones as well and thank you for doing that.

I'm just in a silly mode. We have more work than we can possibly do. Oh well too much is better than not enough.

    Amber--

Just be aware that the "s" signifies a step in the foundation. So if you wanted a step, then you are spot on. But if you don't want a step, adjust the plan platforms and the step will go away along with the corresponding "s". The step can be seen in elevations (the foundation overview is particularly helpful in these situations).
