Chief could handle this situation better, but there are a couple ways to accomplish this.

You can put a doorway in the wall to create the arch. Then drag the wall up (all 3 sides) to get it above the columns. This way is lacking because you will need to clean up the elevation using the delete surface tool to eliminate remaining door items.

The better way IMO is to create its with polyline solids and 3d molding lines from elevation. This way is cleaner for elevations, but takes a little cad work on the floor plan to make the construction documents look correct.
