Polyline error message
I am getting an error message constantly and I don't know how to track down the problem. Please help.
"A polyline (perhaps a roof plane, counter top or slab) is supposed to be closed but has a gap between two of it's lines. A line or arc has been moved to close the gap."

That one is a pain and I think it has been discussed here before. Don't think there is anything you can do except guess at what caused it. I found one the other day after days of that aggravating message that was a tiny piece of roof that I didn't need.

It is often a roof error.

Thank you. I will look at my roof planes to see if I can find it.

I got this same error the other day, and it was a hole in the roof item. Hole in roof was close to the eave; highlighted the hole edge line and jiggled the line and then F12.
It seems obvious, but if the software can generate an error message, then why can't it generate a red circle (or some indicator on the plan view) indicating the offending item? :mad:Don
