jsimanyi - I had the same problem a year ago or so with a MS mouse and asked the same question here but solved the problem myself by by by (what did I do again?) - it was a driver issue I know that for a fact - I believe I loaded the drivers and that caused my problem so I unloaded them and all worked well.....
